Hello my wonderful Empowering Births community.

I will be returning to work after the huge loss we had in our household back in November . I took some extra time over the Christmas , New Year period to make sure my own family felt adjusted & comfortable again with our new normal.
I am now taking bookings for Hypnobirthing Classes, massage and limited doula clients from March 2025 .

I am here to help both parents feel less overwhelmed and supported during the transition through pregnancy , birth and into parenthood. I can also provide hands on care and knowledge to help prepare families who are growing their tribes.

Unfortunately in this current world we just don’t have our “village” anymore. I’m extremely passionate about providing services so that the whole the family feels nurtured, supported and heard.

I look forward to supporting many new and old families in 2025 💜

This time a year ago we were a family of three…. I went to bed totally unaware that over night my body would be slowing preparing for the fast arrival of our beautiful baby boy….. with the odd sign in the early hours that I was getting closer I was still in complete denial that buba was going to make an early appearance. What a life changing experience I had welcoming him earthside, all in the safety and comfort of our beautiful family home! A healing & one of my proudest moments !

This last year has been a roller coaster of a ride….. not one full night sleep since a year ago tonight ! But I wouldn’t change it for the world… tomorrow my baby turns 1 ! He is the happiest , most determined little man I know yet so easy going & chilled (for now), he loves his big sister unconditionally , this has been one of my favourite parts watching them both interact and communicate…. From the moment Possum helped me welcome little man earthside they have been the best of friends- only a handful of times did she ask to put him back now. !

Being a muma & raising little humans is one of the most lonely, rewarding and exhausting journeys I have experienced .
Heres to surviving (some days we do just survive) one trip around the sun as muma to two! Your are my world Possum and Puggle
