Today marks a very special milestone for Growing Your Tribe.
Our Founder Programme has officially closed.
When I first had the vision for Growing Your Tribe, I dreamed of creating more than just a directory.
I dreamed of building a trusted village where families could discover businesses that genuinely care, support one another and make a real difference in people's lives.
Today, thanks to an incredible group of businesses, that dream is becoming a reality.
I'm so proud to officially welcome our 17 Founding Members.
These aren't just businesses.
Our Founding Members are family-focused businesses who are helping to build Growing Your Tribe from the very beginning.
They've believed in the vision, trusted the journey and chosen to be part of creating something truly special for families.

💜 MEET YOUR FOUNDER 💜

Behind Growing Your Tribe is Cat, a wife, mum of two, Birth Educator, Doula, massage therapist, and the original founder of this community.

Cat's passion has always been supporting families as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and the early years of parenting. Over the years, she has had the privilege of supporting families across the globe as they welcomed their babies into the world.

With qualifications in both birth support and children's education, Cat brings a unique blend of knowledge, experience, and compassionate care to every family she works with. Her goal is simple: to help parents feel informed, supported, and confident in their own journey.

Originally from the UK, Cat made the move to Australia in 2012 and quickly fell in love with everything this beautiful country has to offer. Today, she calls Australia home and spends her time creating memories with her family, supporting parents through Empowering Births, and growing the community she dreamed of building through Growing Your Tribe.

When she's not supporting families, you'll often find her enjoying music festivals, exploring new places, and making the most of family adventures.

Growing Your Tribe was created from a simple belief:

No parent should feel like they have to do it alone.

Hi, I’m Cat, founder of Growing Your Tribe 💜
I’m so happy you’re here.
Growing Your Tribe was originally created back in 2019, built from a love of family, connection, community, and doing life together through all the adventures and seasons that come our way.
Over the years, life has grown and changed and so have I. Now feels like the right time to truly grow this vision into the supportive, family focused community I always dreamed it could be.

Everything created here comes from the heart, filled with love, honesty, kindness, and genuine connection. I truly believe in supporting people, celebrating small businesses, and creating a space where families and communities feel welcomed, valued, and seen.

Growing Your Tribe is a space for:
