Dear Valued Customer,

Today, I write to you with good news. After consultation with NSW Health, Watson Glass will reopen for business on Monday, 30th August. However, we will return with reduced staff levels, and that will mean reduced capacity.
Our primary focus will be on outstanding orders, treating them with urgency. Because of this, initially our lead times will be increased. As we work through the backlog of orders, and our staff return to duty, our lead times will return to normal.
We would like to thank you for your support, your patience and your loyalty.

Good news!
Watson Glass is Covid safe and open for business. In order for this to continue, and for the safety of our staff and our customers, we need to make some changes.
Effective immediately, our office is closed to all visitors. As much as we like to welcome people, now just isn't the time. We'll let you know when it's OK to drop in.
Order pick-ups have been suspended until further notice. Give our office a call, we'll do our best to deliver it for you at a convenient time. We thank you in advance for your patience, as we are operating with limited staff.
Please remember that these measures have been put in place with the safety of everyone in mind.

NEW PRODUCT ALERT!
Watson Glass now stocks Pilkington "Activ" self cleaning glass, and Pilkington "Optiview" anti-reflective glass.

Activ is ideal for incorporating into your glass roof, or any other hard to get at location, where cleaning is difficult.

Optiview is an anti-reflective glass that lets you concentrate on the view, reducing reflected images in the glass as seen with standard glass.

Both products can be toughened and or laminated to meet with Australian Standards.

We are living in changing times. With the effects of the Corona virus being felt worldwide, we at Watson Glass have had to implement some changes in procedure in order to comply with current public safety policy. These measures are for the benefit of our staff and our customers.

Effective immediately, we would ask that customers refrain from visiting our office until further notice. We would ask that wherever possible, primary contact is via e-mail. Our telephones are being answered, but please be understanding that we are operating on a skeleton staff in the office.

For customers needing to pick up glass, we ask that you proceed to dock 2. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE FACTORY.
One of our staff members will attend to you as soon as they can. Please be patient.

Our Customer Service staff are now working remotely to eliminate direct contact. They are all available via mobile phone or e-mail, and are waiting for your orders.

Watson Glass has ample glass stocks, and our supply chains both locally and internationally remain in place. Rest assured, Watson Glass is open for business.

We are closely monitoring the situation at hand and will advise of any changes as they occur.
