After a long time, I had the beautiful opportunity to gather with our Sherpa community and celebrate a very special occasion together. It was such a heartwarming experience to reconnect, meet people from different places and truly enjoy meaningful conversations. There is something so powerful about coming together as a community — relaxing, laughing, and spending quality time with one another. 🤍✨

Today, I experienced something truly meaningful at home. I came across a small living being and gently cared for it by offering a little water and butter, placing a soft blessing on its head, and then releasing it back into open space.

In the Buddhist tradition, this practice is called Chetar Tongwa, meaning “giving life” or “granting freedom.” It reflects kindness, awareness, and respect for all forms of life. Even a simple act, done with sincere intention, can carry deep meaning and create positive energy.

Through this page, I love sharing moments that reflect mindfulness, gratitude, and heart-centered living. In both life and work, I believe growth begins with genuine care and positive intention. Small thoughtful actions can inspire a ripple effect of goodness in our community. 🌿
