TOP 5 TIPS FOR FAT LOSS
👉🏼 Aim to get at least 2 LITRES of WATER a day this can be broken up into 8 small cups of water throughout the day. Staying hydrated is important for overall daily bodily function.
👉🏼I can’t stress the importance of SLEEP when it comes to fat loss. It can impact your metabolic rate significantly if sleep is less than 6hrs or less per night consistently.
👉🏼Having sound knowledge on how much FOOD you consume through the day is profoundly going to make a huge difference on how you portion the amount you eat. Use an app like myfitnesspal to track.
👉🏼If the gym isn’t your thing then nature is your best friend. Walking is the most underrated exercise to date. If walking isn’t an option bike riding is also great just get outside and move!
👉🏼Increase PROTEIN . This can mean adding more green leafy greens, seeds and legumes or lean meat in your diet . This will keep you satiated and reduce snacking. The obvious also - AVOID fried foods, pastries and processed foods where you can :))
