Wow - you know you're doing well when you get an email from Warren E. Buffet, offering me, just a random person, 10.5 million US Dollars (out of the goodness of his heart) . How lucky am I!!!!

Surprised he has something as humble as a GMail email. Also that his personal website is actually hosted by Wikipedia - what a normal guy!!

Apparently he is a business magnate / millionaire investor, in case you didn't know.

Now I know there are a few of you who might be suspicious of this - yee of little faith....

"The Australian HR Institute (AHRI) in collaboration with the Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) last week released the results of a study of a survey of HR professionals and their organisations strategies to recruit and retain older workers.
The results were not surprising but nonetheless, disappointing. For instance only 9.7% of respondents actively recruit older workers. That's a shameful figure. Further, one third of respondents believed their organisation's recruitment practices negatively impacted on older workers.

In an environment where you would think the government would lead by example, not so, discrimination is more prevalent in the public sector than the private sector. In relation to a hesitancy to recruit older workers public sector reported 35% private sector 23.9% and NFP 22.7%"

Given the Government "efforts" through their supposed Job Service Provider Schemes I can't say I'm surprised!
