We help B2B founders, consultants and service-based businesses build trust, authority, and qualified pipeline through strategic content and outbound systems.
This is a commission-only, remote-first role with opportunity to grow into a team leadership position as we scale, with a transition to a base + commission setup at that stage.

โข Own the full outbound sales cycle: prospecting, cold outreach (calls and/or DMs), discovery, and closing
โข Call and follow up with startup founders, consultants, and agency leaders
โข Build and manage your own pipeline, with support from our GTM and content teams
โข Collaborate to refine scripts, messaging, and lead qualification
โข Represent our brand and pitch the Founders Packages confidently and consultatively

โข Comfortable with cold calling daily
โข Able to manage your own pipeline and outreach rhythm
โข Skilled in sales conversations, objection handling, and follow-ups
โข Self-driven, accountable, and outcome-focused
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฎโ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐๐ซ๐ง
โข Commission-only to start (no base salary)
โข Paid a percentage of the monthly retainers for each closed deal
โข All clients are on minimum 3-month contracts, so commissions are paid monthly for at least 3 months. โ Example: Close one client = earn PHP20,000โ25,000 per month for 3 months

โข Have experience selling marketing, content, or B2B services
โข Have worked in agency or startup environments
โข Know how to refine a pitch or script based on real-world feedback
โข Are familiar with LinkedIn as a marketing channel and comfortable being publicly visible as part of a client-facing campaign or sales initiative
