So this week we have been on a 4 day double shift to repair the back wall of a ROM bin at a gold mine in kalgoorlie

Hydro removal of 6 cube remove in 30hrs
Remove and replace 60% of front and back reinforcement bars
Drill and grout fixed new starter bars were required
Reinstated with dry spray Gunite Fozroc Guncrete E

We managed to Compleate 20% more area than programed area for the shut finishing 12 hours ahead of program thanks to the effort put in by a first class team

This was helpfull as it allowed additional curing time before the protection frame and plate re fixing

Interesting fact the mine retrieves
2g of gold for each ton of material process

Top effort by all the team and a very happy Client
