🔧 That’s a wrap for another week at Jetters HQ.

We finished off the week with a concrete boom truck upgrade, fitting a new retractable washdown hose reel to keep the boom clean, hoses protected and washdowns quick and easy on site. 💦🚛

Before & after on this beast 👌

Customer brought in this Jetwave Hurricane 5080 PSI @ 36.4 LPM with major performance issues. After diagnosing the unit, we identified airflow and heat management as the main causes.

To fix the issue we carried out:

• Installed 2 x 16” thermal fans on the roof to extract hot air
• Installed 2 x 10” thermal fans on the side to force cool air into the enclosure
• Fabricated and installed a stainless steel heat-wrapped exhaust directed out the front of the box
• Wired all fans to the ignition switch for automatic operation
• Welded and repaired 2 cracks in the water tank
• Completed a full service, clean and detail of the unit

Our friends from Aqua Force Solutions came into the workshop with a unit not wanting to start 🔧

Diagnosed the issue to be with the carby, completed a full service using genuine parts, ultrasonically cleaned and rebuilt the carburettor, and now it’s back purring like new 👌
