Papi’s Birria, Marrickville Metro 🌮✨

We’re so excited to finally unveil our design for Papi’s Birria.

The design explores a bold interplay of colour, texture and graphic form, with terracotta tones, custom tiling, perforated metal and layered lighting creating a warm yet energetic dining environment. Every detail was considered to build a strong visual identity while keeping the space inviting and functional - and, undoubtedly, Papi’s. 🌮🔥

The entry sets the tone for the experience beyond - combining strong timber joinery, detailed joinery and integrated lighting to create a sense of depth and transition.

Rooted in the idea of restoration, the design brings together deep green tones, natural timber, lush planting and layered lighting to create a space that feels immersive yet grounded.

Strong architectural forms are softened through organic textures and greenery, while considered lighting adds warmth, depth and atmosphere throughout - creating an environment designed for relaxation and renewal.

This redesign embraces a clean and contemporary aesthetic, combining thoughtful detailing, updated finishes and a renewed sense of connection throughout the centre. Every element has been carefully considered to create a space that feels fresh, functional and inviting.

Our vision was to create a bold, clean and contemporary look that refreshes the centre while enhancing the overall experience for visitors. Through modern finishes, refined detailing and a renewed sense of identity, the redesign brings a fresh perspective to this well-loved community destination.
