Such an awesome initiative to be a part of 🤩

What a day!! ✨ I am so grateful to have recently been chosen as 1 of 10 Creatives that has been accepted into an AMAZING new program:

“Creative Pulse:The ART of Business Growth”

This wonderful initiative is being fully funded by the NSW government via .arts & is going to keep me very busy for the next 7 months!

Whilst leaders need to inspire and energise, empower their team and communicate the vision of the business in an SME, leaders aren't afforded the luxury of holding only one position. More often than not, they're wearing multiple hats and have to provide structure, develop incentives and problem solve along the way.

It's a juggle! The key to success is knowing when you're doing which one....And being able to weave your leadership magic into each day.
