๐Ÿ”ฅ - ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE PROGRAM โ€“ TERM 2๐Ÿ”ฅ

Weโ€™re excited to open registrations for our Strong Movement Athletic Performance Program โ€” designed for athletes who want to take their speed, strength, and overall performance to the next level this term 2.

๐Ÿ“ Location: Viaduct Park
๐Ÿ“… Duration: 9 Weeks

โฑ Session Times:
โ€ข Monday: 4:00pm โ€“ 5:00pm

Weโ€™ve worked to accommodate athletesโ€™ school and sport commitments, with final times confirmed based on group availability.

๐Ÿ“Š PROGRAM INCLUDES:
โœ”๏ธ Weekly face-to-face performance sessions
โœ”๏ธ Speed, strength, and conditioning development
โœ”๏ธ Movement skill and injury prevention focus
โœ”๏ธ Access to our training app with a tailored at-home program to complement sessions

๐Ÿš€ Program Commencement:
Monday the 4th of May.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Cost:
$200 per athlete (8-week program)

Speed starts with how well you apply and absorb force into the ground.
Force Manipulation is about producing powerful acceleration while also being able to brake, stop, and re-accelerate safely.

Strong athletes donโ€™t just move fast โ€” they control force.

๐Ÿ• ELASTICITY EXPRESSION

(Max Velocity & Reactivity)

True speed isnโ€™t muscling through the ground โ€” itโ€™s bouncing off it.
Elasticity Expression focuses on stiffness, rhythm, and fast stretch-shortening cycles to maximise top-end speed.

Fast athletes recycle energy efficiently, not waste it.

๐ŸฆŽ DIRECTION CONTROL

(COD & Agility)

Game speed demands more than straight-line sprinting.
Direction Control is the ability to redirect force, react to the environment, and change direction without losing speed or balance.

Speed is useless if you canโ€™t change direction under control.

๐Ÿฆ FATIGUE RESISTANCE

(Repeat Sprint Ability & Speed Endurance)

Speed that disappears under fatigue doesnโ€™t win games.
Fatigue Resistance develops the capacity to repeat high-speed efforts and maintain movement quality late in training and competition.

The fastest athlete is the one whoโ€™s still fast at the end.

Unfortunately, our first Performance Program will be called due to the rain being around. The fields are opened but the rain is hanging around a being a nuisance.

๐Ÿ“ข Just 2 days until the program starts.

Saturday the 31st will be the introductory to the program and testing.

๐Ÿ”‘ Testing will consist of mobility, technique and form.
๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ We will use the VALD Performance SmartSpeed timing gates to test athletes for the 10m, 20m and 30m sprints.
๐Ÿ’Ž these are the same drills that are tested in the NRL and Premier League ๐Ÿ‰ โšฝ๏ธ

The program will kick off on Thursday the 5th of February at 4:30pm.

There are still couple of spots for athltetes aged 10-17 both males and females.
