Australian Metal Recycling is looking for a hands-on leader to run our Dubbo yard, one of seven across NSW.

You:
✅ Proven leadership running a site, depot or crew
✅ Scrap metal experience highly desirable or a strong background in waste, recycling, transport, quarrying or heavy industry
✅ Commercially minded with good judgement around buying and pricing
✅ Motivated, practical and comfortable making decisions on the spot

On offer: permanent full time role, competitive salary based on experience and relocation assistance considered for the right candidate.

Run our Dubbo yard! Lead the site team, buy scrap, manage transport & keep the yard safe and compliant. Relocation assistance considered!

The people who grow our food carry a load most of us never see. Weather, debt, isolation and the habit of never admitting you are struggling.

Check on your farmers. Especially the ones who say they are fine.

01/09/2026

Machinery, farm gear, old trucks, whole car bodies. Nothing has to sit rusting in the corner of the yard.
