All Class Property Maintenance goes over and above to satisfy their customers.
A massive piece of 10.38mm Safety laminate glass was glazed into a Outdoor entertaining area to give the home owners a clear view over the Burleigh Heads beach.
The glass size was 2140 h X 3120 weighed 147 kgs and needed to be carried down to the 4fh level of the home.
5 men and 72 steps later, the glass panel was glazed. The home owner was so pleased with the outcome, clear, interrupted views of the coastline, one piece of glass.
The home owner commended me for my efforts as other competitors would only supply glass in 2 pieces, the wife commented of the difficulties carring the glass panel down such
a great distance, my reply was, "much easier than carring it up the 72 stair steps"

A great facelift for the club as the original windows were over 40 years old.
Great spot on Brisbane River for Wedding Receptions and learning to sail.
