Goonoo Goonoo Childcare Centre

We’re excited to share that development approval has been secured for a new purpose-built childcare centre on Goonoo Goonoo Road, Tamworth.

D&C Projects has managed the project from concept design and design development through to preparation of the Statement of Environmental Effects and management of the application process.

It’s fantastic to have the support of Tamworth Regional Council for this important development, which will help deliver much-needed childcare facilities for the local community.

Bourne Street Affordable Housing

We’re excited to share that development application approval has been granted for our Bourne Street Affordable Housing development in Tamworth.

Designed to set a new benchmark for affordable housing, the proposed development focuses on high-quality design, thoughtful planning and better living outcomes for the community.

We’re incredibly proud to have the support of Tamworth Regional Council and to see this important project move forward.

The entire project from design documentation and council submission was delivered in-house by our talented and passionate team.

We look forward to seeing this design come to life and contributing much-needed, high-quality affordable housing to Tamworth.

Moree Commercial Building - Refurbishment

Excited to share an update on the redevelopment of the RMS building in Moree Moree. Working alongside Anna Gall Interiors, we have navigated the concept design, material and finishes selections, and the approval pathway for the project.

We are now working with our subconsultants to complete the Complying Development Certificate documentation, so this one can get underway onsite as soon as possible.
