Düfte Punkt means “aromas point” and this new release aromatic wunderkind definitely lives up to her name, bursting with fresh Spring vitality!

One Vineyard. Three Germanic Luminaries... Düfte Punkt is an aromatic paradigm-shift. A seamless single vineyard field blend of spicy Gewürztraminer, precise Riesling and textural Kerner (Weißer Herold). Striking tropical and turkish delight aromas introduce a complex palate showing lychees, mandarins, minerality and a lingering powder-puff of florals. The Fechner brothers’ applauded vineyard in the Eden Valley is unique for both its spectacular aromatics and its unique varietal mix. This wines screams food and good times. Drink it anytime with a soft (gooey even?! :) ) cheese platter or enjoy with any fiery spice laden dish from your local Thai spice den.

Katie Spain (The Age/SMH) says... “Pro tip - The Chaffey Bros. Dufte Punkt (a single-vineyard field blend of gewurztraminer, riesling and kerner) holds its own with fresh, spicy Asian dishes. Bang it on the lazy Susan and let the good times roll.”

Tripelpunkt* - 3 distinct blocks & aspects of one legendary vineyard - the Fechner family’s Eden Valley vineyard in the limestone laden Angaston hills is reknowned for exquisite and exotic Riesling with vines as old as 60+ years on the 1964 block. Our most awarded, versatile and crowd pleasing Riesling.

An elusive triumvirate: precision, texture & balance.
Hand-picked | Whole-bunch pressed | Wild Ferment.

The extended cool season in vintage ‘24 made for a benchmark year for Eden Valley Riesling. Tripelpunkt means “triple point”, a name that both alludes to it being a single vineyard wine comprised of three distinct blocks & aspects and our ongoing quest to make the perfect Riesling.

Tripelpunkt is exotic, alluring and versatile; a thirst-slaking luscious style that finds every corner of your palate. Textural and balanced with great natural acidity this is a versatile Riesling with all types of cuisine from fresh oysters and kingfish sashimi to Korean Fried Chicken or a picnic cheese platter.

Our top selling wine now for over a decade... made from handpicked Old Vine Barossa Grenache and Mourvèdre, with a dash of Eden Valley whites for X-factor. It’s aromatic, juicy and dry, with a crisp line of acidity keeping everything fresh and bright. A gorgeous pale salmon colour with a faint blush of pink... the delicate floral perfume hints at sun-kissed peach, then strawberries & cream and pink guava across the palate. Picked early to give it some slick texture, this wine sings when enjoyed with Pho Bo, Sticky Ribs, Chilli Snapper, a smorgasbord of tidbits, or simply your favourite friend(s). Rosé all day vibes.

“La Résistance” GSM has just been judged the world’s best, with a 96 point score and a gold medal at the revered Decanter World Wine Awards in London! The judges said of the 2023 vintage: “Bountiful fresh cherries and raspberries burst over the vanilla chocolate intensity. Weighty and complex with lush tannins and a vibrant acidity woven into the frame.”

Here’s what some other experts said:

95pts+ “What a cracking grenache, shiraz and mourvédre blend! Medium crimson with vibrant raspberry, blackberry and blueberry aromas, with baking spices, peppercorn, graphite, dried citrus rind and purple florals. Juicy, dark and blue fruits on the palate with the most powdery of tannin clouds, bright acidity and a long draw of juicy, spicy fruit. It’s just so damn easy to drink. Woah!” - Dave Brookes, Halliday Wine Companion

95pts “ Medium-deep crimson. Lovely raspberry, blackberry pastille aromas with roasted walnut, hint peppery notes. Red and black fruits on the palate with roasted nut, hint wax polish notes. Finishes chalky/ al dente firm and crunchy with peppery/ spicy notes. Lovely fruit complexity and vigour. A cracker at this price point. Drink now–2030” - Andrew Caillard MW & Ken Gargett, Vintage Wine Journal

“ Spicy and lifted aromas of black cherries, mulberries, coffee beans, dried herbs and spice. The palate is bright and fresh, with finely framed tannins and bright acidity, giving notes of plums, charcuterie and blueberry compote. Nicely balanced and plush.” - James Suckling
