Biscay Road Shiraz 2024 ~ 91 points
AU$25, 14.5% alcohol, Barossa Valley.

“This Barossa red was matured in French oak but it tastes mostly of pure, fresh, well-ripened shiraz grapes. That’s a very good thing, and the reason that I like this wine so much. The flavours here are in the redcurrant, plum, mint and anise spectrum, with floral, to***co and sweet spice notes as highlights. It’s an easy wine to like and indeed to appreciate. It’s perfectly priced too.” Reviewed by campbell mattinson
