The first draft of a client’s value drivers is often hard to force. My morning coffee drove some thoughts so I’m fiercely tapping out notes on my phone…every word is painstakingly poured over to ensure the succinct paragraphs say exactly what we want them to say. Crafted from interviews with their own clients and my learnings over the strategy sessions with the business I’m working with, these will often be drafted and redrafted multiple times.
