Four machines in this room can print over 150 square metres an hour. The Durst alone runs at 46 square metres of reflective print per hour.

A lot of those signs you pass on the freeway without thinking about them came through here. Warranted for 10 years.

Last week we completed this signage package for The Artisan Farmer at Nabiac.

From the entry sign out the front to custom fabricated select grade merbau timber hanging signs, suspended throughout the facility, each piece was designed to provide clear area identification while complementing the venue's existing style and interior finishes.

A great project to see come together, from fabrication through to installation.

The digital print area runs continuously, and there's more going on than it looks.

Northern Beaches wayfinding prints on one machine, temporary reflective roadwork signs on another, overlaminate going on everything to protect the face.

When volume gets high enough, screen printing picks up the overflow.

Last step on the holding rails before they go out the door. Class one white vinyl, measured up and applied by hand, then a clear strip over the join to stop the edges lifting on the curve.

Every one gets a date stamp sticker for warranty. Same as everything else that leaves here.

This is the traffic sign catalogue we put together for customers, a quick reference for sign types and codes without having to dig through thousands of options.

Councils use it as a cheat sheet. Gets updated when sizes and codes change, which happens more often than you'd think.

Keri's been in sales and admin here long enough to know what surprises people most, and it's usually the same thing.

They don't realise we do everything from design through to delivery, in-house. Some local council customers just come in and grab stock signs straight off the shelf.
