We have exciting opportunities for you in the Western suburbs of Melbourne to be part of Disability Talk Team. You will provide Disability Talk participants with a high level of care, support and community engagement.

KEYS ACCOUNTABILITY
* Delivering personalised support in one-on-one or group settings assisting participants with personal care activities
* Assist with domestic tasks around the home
* Assist participants access and participate in their communities
* Support build participants capacity and ability to live as independently as possible.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support
- Have a professional approach, accountable, reliable and highly motivated
- Understanding of the needs of vulnerable people from diverse backgrounds
- Driver’s License, reliable registered and fully insured vehicle
- Smart Phone & Internet
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
