When I was first asked to make a cake in white with croissants all over it, I thought they meant crosses. I had to doublecheck with a message reply back saying croissants or crosses and when she still said croissants I then proceeded to call her and make sure it was definitely croissants. 🥴🥴

The last thing I would’ve wanted is for them to rock up to church with a baptism cake full of croissants 🥐 😂😂

Happy Birthday Keikilani who absolutely loves her 🥐

It’s hard for me to write about this but here goes…. It was 12pm 🕛 and I was having lunch 🥙 with my family… Bump in for the market was at 3pm…. I have time… before I know it was in the carpark but I left my socks 🧦 in the restaurant and I didn’t want to put my shoes back on and spend the whole day at market without socks 🧦on so I found a pair and put them on. I kept pulling them up but it took 5 tries before the long-ass sock fit over my foot….. I’m in the car park driving 🚗 home and can’t believe it’s already 2pm 🕑 … I still have time… I arrive home and start to take out all of my containers of sweets from the fridge…. Every single box had a cake 🎂 or a bowl of icing in front of it… I took a cake out with a sugar decoration on the top…. It was perfect, absolutely perfect when I left it there in the fridge… now it’s starting to melt all over the table. There was no chance I could fix it in time to bring to the market with me…. But Kirsty and her friends were waiting to pick up this order from my cake stall…. I decide I need to make a new one and push it to the last minute…. I’m melting the icing to put back into the mould and it starts to drip 💧 down my table and down the floor…. And then my alarm ⏰ woke me up 😩😩😩😩
