As we travel this journey called LIFE we encounter experiences that rock our balance whether it be life experiences, illness, change that is out of our control, or not understanding why we have certain feeling or behaviours or simply that we are not feeling happy and fulfilled. it is like we have the seat belt of life on!! Hypnoenergetics is an all encompassing therapy that combines the modalities of Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Energy Healing (Reiki) into one. Counselling - Provides understanding of what the real issues are and allows the client to learn practical tools and techniques to empower and support themselves after the session in all life situations. Hypnosis - Provides a deeply relaxed state for the session and can be taught as self hypnosis to allow the client to access this space in the future. Hypnotherapy - Allows the appropriate unconscious memories to surface and then to release and heal. Energy Healing (Reiki) - Our energy field is where Emotional Trauma, Injury, Illness can be stuck. It is deeply connected to the truth of who we are. Hypnoenergetics is the blending of consciousness, Hypnotherapy and energy in to a life changing experience. This therapy is very powerful and sees very quick results for the client. The only prerequisite is for the client to really want change, they dont't have to know how that will happen. To explain a little more every experience we have had since we were born and even in a Past Lives has memory stored in Mind, Body and Soul. Some are not remembered memories but they may be the cause of our discomfort today. Only 10% of our memories are remembered in our conscious mind 90% are stored in our unconscious mind. It is both the conscious and unconscious memories that form our perception on life and
form our beliefs thus creating our behaviour and our reality of life now and in the future. We are all energetic beings everything we say ,do and think and believe has an energy. It needs from time to time to be tuned like a piano to play in tune. Imagine for a moment what it would be like to be able to release whatever it is that stops you from living the life you dream of and deserve. At a time when so many are being challenged
When we are on the train it is up to us to choose what our journey is like with our free will Lxx💗💖💗

Not my words but so valid 🧡

THE TRAIN:
At birth we boarded the train and met our parents, and we believe they will always travel by our side.
As time goes by, other people will board the train; and they will be significant i.e. our siblings, friends, children, and even the love of your life.
However, at some station our parents will step down from the train, leaving us on this journey alone.
Others will step down over time and leave a permanent vacuum. Some, however, will go so unnoticed that we don't realize they vacated their seats.

This train ride will be full of joy, sorrow, fantasy, expectations, hellos, goodbyes, and farewells.
Success consists of having a good relationship with all passengers requiring that we give the best of ourselves.

The mystery to everyone is: We do not know at which station we ourselves will step down.
So, we must live in the best way, love, forgive, and offer the best of who we are.
It is important to do this because when the time comes for us to step down and leave our seat empty we should leave behind beautiful memories for those who will continue to travel on the train of life.
