Your restaurant is a business, and your goal is to make profit. But you don't have to do the hard sell on social media — oftentimes restaurants are overly promotional. While consumers love to hear about new menu items and special offers, they don't want to interact with anyone that appears too self-serving. Think about your brand and then try to find the right mix of promotions and special offers, education, customer service, engagement. Use a diverse set of content to establish and build your brand.
