Hi Everyone.

Just an update of the bridge replacement at Teralba. From the 19 October 2026 the bridge access will be closed for 2 weeks. I have attached the alternate route for access to Luckys which is via Barnsley weir road. Any questions please send us a message.

Latest update on the nbn outage - expected time now is 3.30pm

11/09/2026

The nbn is still out this morning and is expected to be fixed by 12.30 today. Fingers crossed it is fixed. Our phone system is internet based, so if you call there will be no answer. Please just message or email [email protected]

Dear customers

Unfortunately the internet is out in TERALBA. I am unable to do payments at present. NBN are working to resolve the issue. Please be assured payments will be processed tomorrow pending the NBN outage.

Our phone lines are down as well. So if you try to call, the phone will ring out. Please email [email protected] if you need assistance or message Lucky’s on messenger

I am really sorry but payments will not be made until the Nab unlock my internet banking. I have rung twice today and the person on the other end doesn’t seem to want to fix the problem.

Our banking we blocked this morning, so please be patient with our admin team. All payments will be completed today, but there maybe a delay.

It’s been a week of drama. First no internet until this morning; then Ausgrid arrived and says “we are upgrading the wires so you will have not power all day”. We are running on generators so please be patient with our staff.

Thank you for your understanding.
