😊 Laughter and humour aren’t just “nice to have” in learning, they’re essential.

In our recent program with Brexa Australia & New Zealand’s Leadership team, we saw how humour created connection, lowered barriers, and opened the space for deeper reflection and learning. When leaders can laugh together, they become more present, more receptive, and more willing to explore new perspectives.

As Dwight D. Eisenhower said: “A sense of humor is part of the art of leadership.”
