This is team Lewis. My friend Jack was diagnosed with spine and brain cancer a year a go. A few weeks back we got to celebrate a HUGE mic drop that Jack was in remuneration. Only a week later to find out his cancer had grown back. Jack is currently undergoing treatment, and yet again finds himself fighting this nightmare battle along side his beautiful wife Shan and his adorable kids. In support of all of those suffering with cancer, Jack and Shannon are mid Dry July. I have added the link to support this amazing family in my bio. For Jack, you will be Mic dropping again soon and we will all be partying, laughing and celebrating you fighting this again you strong stubborn person. 🧡

Caitlin Worgan] is who I am, it’s been my passion and drive for 10 years. With a list of Amazing people supporting me behind the scenes.

I am however so excited to announce the next chapter!!!
I have been appointed Training Executive for Oceania. A company driven by creativity and passion, a house of brands with a team who are all in it for the right reasons.
I am joining the Australian team in the midst of its growth in to Makeup and Skin care.

I am so excited to be able to use my knowledge and creativity in a role and industry I am passionate about.
Those who know me know the love and passion I have had on building CMM, with support of many.

I have also had the privilege, which many Mums don’t get to do.. A run my own schedule and time-line Mum. Watching my kids grow has been my biggest accomplishment and will always be.

Thank you to my amazing Friends for your constant support, your advice and love. (You know who you are).

My beautiful family- My Dad, Mum, Step Mum, Sister and bro in law for picking up the slack when I’ve needed you most. Endless weekends and mid week balancing. I would be lost without you all! We do honestly have the most loving family.

To my three happy, warm and bubbly kids. Scar, SJ and Mace, You have shown me over and over again to just be yourself.
My dedication and drive comes from you three.

Thank you for being patient with me, thank you for asking how my day was at the end of the day and thank you for all the excitement I receive when I walk in to “mummmmss home”. I love you to the moon and infinity.

And lastly, but mostly my hardworking and supportive Husband. You have seen me through it all.. thank you for your constant last minute business advise 🤪 for always only ever wanting to see the best in me. For being super Dad, after a long weeks work. For always finding a way to make it work!
I love that you pick up on the things that I don’t see, and for your ongoing support.
I adore who you are and what we have created. There are no words to describe.. I love you!
