to be enjoying the remains of the day at my souls happy place. Writing brings me clarity. I start each day with three foolscap pages of continuous thought and end each day with a gratitude dump. Some days I am grateful for all the things that didn’t go the way I hoped. Lessons learnt. ❤️

Every organisation needs a Failure Strategy. It’s important to build the conditions where trying is deader than not trying. Success rates increase when failure rates do! Small frequent permission giving gets you far!
