The goal of this workshop is not to hand you a certificate.

It is to change how compliance works in your RTO from the Monday after you get back.

You leave with a clear map of your compliance obligations matched to actual evidence. You leave knowing what needs to be monitored, how often, and by whom. You leave with a corrective action process that closes findings properly — not just administratively. And you leave with a 90-day plan that is specific to your RTO, drafted during the workshop itself.

That is the difference between attending a training day and coming back with something you can actually use.

July 23 and 24 in Sydney.

This workshop is not for everyone, and it is worth being clear about who it is actually built for.

If you are a compliance or quality manager at an RTO who knows your current evidence and monitoring systems need work — this is for you.

If you are an RTO CEO or operations manager who needs compliance risk to be visible and controlled before re-registration — this is for you.

If you have stepped into a compliance role in the past year or two and want a structured foundation rather than piecing things together on the fly — this is for you.

If your RTO has an audit coming up and you want to walk in with a system rather than a pile of documents — this is absolutely for you.

Sydney, July 23 and 24. Face to face or online. Facilitated by Javier Amaro Castillo, Insources Group.

Most compliance gaps do not appear overnight. They build up quietly over months.

Evidence that was collected once and never updated. Corrective actions that were closed on paper but never actually fixed. Internal audits and validation happening in separate silos with nothing connecting them to leadership.

By the time an ASQA auditor is asking questions, those gaps are already there.

The RTO Compliance Manager Certification on July 23 and 24 in Sydney is specifically about building the monitoring system that catches those things before they become audit findings — and the reporting structure that keeps leadership across compliance risk in real time.

One of the most common questions we get about this workshop is what participants actually walk away with.

Here is the honest answer.

Across two days you build a compliance obligations-to-evidence matrix for your RTO, a 12-month compliance monitoring schedule you can use straight away, an audit-ready evidence checklist aligned to the current Standards, a corrective action prioritisation model, and a quarterly compliance reporting structure you can take back to leadership.

The second day closes with a 90-day compliance action plan drafted around your own RTO's situation — not a generic template.

Face to face in Sydney on July 23 and 24, or online. Facilitated by Javier Amaro Castillo, Insources Group.

If you manage compliance for an RTO, you already know the pressure that comes with audits and re-registration.

What most compliance managers tell us is not that they lack effort it is that they lack a system. A proper compliance function that is documented, monitored and ready to demonstrate value at any point.

That is exactly what this two-day workshop is built around.

The RTO Compliance Manager Certification will be delivered in Sydney on July 23 and 24, with an online option also available. It is run by Insources Group and facilitated by Javier Amaro Castillo.

Three weeks out. Worth looking at now rather than later.
