NEW VENUE IN SYDNEY
The Charles Grand Brasserie & Bar, the group behind Loulou, have created an all-day diner and wine bar next door, along with Tiva downstairs.
The Charles Grand Brasserie and bar is elegant and decadent, with chandeliers hanging from above. Executive chef Billy Hannigan (The Ledbury, London) has created a mouth-watering menu with the showstopper, a whole dry-aged duck, and much more.
