There are some weddings that change your life forever... and for me, it all began here 🤍

The very first two weddings I ever officiated were my own sons’.

Becoming a celebrant wasn’t part of some grand career plan. It came from a mother’s love. I wanted their wedding days to feel safe, joyful, deeply personal, and filled with trust. I wanted them to stand there knowing they were completely seen, celebrated and supported, and I couldn’t imagine handing that responsibility to anyone else.

Those two ceremonies sparked a journey I never expected, and every couple I’ve had the privilege of marrying since has carried a little piece of where it all began.

Looking back, I’m so grateful these beautiful moments led me to a career I truly love. ✨

Bit of a personal one 💝

Every now and then, I look at this little girl and wonder what she’d think if she could see me now.

She’d probably be surprised to know that one day I’d have the privilege of standing beside couples, telling their love stories and celebrating one of the most important days of their lives ❤️

This journey has shaped me in so many ways. It’s helped me grow, find confidence, and become someone I’m truly proud of.

I also like to think my mum is looking down with the biggest smile, proud of the woman I’ve become and cheering me on every step of the way.

Little me... we made it. And I have a feeling the best is still to come. 🤍✨
