My comments come from having worked all sides of the printing equation - as a print buyer I was responsible for sourcing vendors, purchasing and maintaining the stock levels of a variety of printed products. When sanding wood, everyone knows you sand with the grain. If you don't, you're going to make a right mess of things. Printing is no different to sanding. If you want the best result possible i.e. everything lining up, with a nice smooth finish and without any cracking or curling of the pages, then it's imperative that the grain direction is right. I recently had occasion to use My Print Solutions for my new batch of business cards. Terry's service & quick turnaround was excellent, and his price was very competitive. So when it came time to replenish my stocks of service brochures, I naturally went to My Print Solutions first. The brochures were not a straight forward proposition as there was some retrieving of the artwork from the previous printer, and then some editing of typos & re-arranging of text bodies which would have tested anyone.
