On the other hand, a number of trainings provided is essential, but the ownership and empowerment of the learners will make a significant transformation for their personal and professional life. Strengths in coaching and communication backed by training in international development and coaching. Accomplishments Supervised team of 17 staff members. Educated number of staff members in project cycle management, e.g., indicators, planning, reporting, monitoring, and evaluating project activities. Presented the organization's vision, mission, and values to staff and local stakeholders. Won Australia Award scholarship to continue high education at RMIT University. Built awareness among staff in applying participatory approaches in development projects. Designed weekly capacity-building hours among staff. Improved knowledge in a wide range of topics in development, business, and personal development while taking a master’s degree. Coached local and international clients in personal growth and self-worth. Launched educational videos on personal development in both the Lao and English language via social media. Trained several stakeholders in cross-cutting themes, e.g., gender, adult education, child protection, transformational stories, etc.
