The Estate, owned and operated by Swiss couple Andreas (Andy) and Irene Bachmann, is a farm located on a hillside with views over the Wildeness National Park. Hence, adopting the name of the local region, Valley of the Giants Organics. The Bachmann aim is to produce organically to differentiate from mainstream oil producers, to give the consumer confidence by substantiating their true ‘clean, gree

n’ practise. Because of the cool climate, similar that of the regions of Tuscany and Northern Italy, the source of many of the world’s best olive oil, the Oil produced is of top quality, with very low free fatty acid levels. The Valley of the Giants is in the Wilderness National Park. The location is spectacular, deserving of its world heritage listing. Acclaimed for it’s a unique biodiversity and famous for the giant tingle trees. Here the pastoral farmland is rich, the climate is cool often referred to as a Mediterranean climate.
