The Fundraiser Golf Day raised an incredible $30,000, bringing Kaia and her family another big step closer to accessing treatment in Chicago.

Family and loyalty are core to how we work at Bennco. When one of our own needs support, seeing people come together like this means a lot.

WA Mental Health Week is an important time to talk about wellbeing, but support needs to extend well beyond one week.

Every new Bennco team member receives a blue work shirt for men’s mental health awareness as part of their standard kit.

It is an ongoing reminder to check in, speak up and look out for the people around us.

Working with Rio Tinto Iron Ore through Sodexo, our team tackled leaking water infrastructure across a twelve-month engagement, locating, repairing and monitoring leaks around existing underground services.

The work combined specialist leak detection, vacuum excavation and underground pipe repairs. Our crews coordinated closely with site teams to protect surrounding infrastructure and limit production impacts, commissioning repairs before backfilling.

Reducing water loss takes practical work on the ground. We’re proud of the plumbing team behind this result and the care they brought to working around live services.

At West Gold village, buildings needed protection from harsh conditions, improved thermal performance and lower energy use.

Our team recommended Climate Shield, a protective acrylic coating designed to seal exposed surfaces, reflect solar heat and protect existing repairs and upgrades.

The project delivered a 40 to 50 per cent reduction in surface temperatures and lowered internal temperatures by up to 6°C. It also helped reduce cooling demand while protecting assets from water, corrosion, mould and UV exposure.

A practical upgrade with benefits beyond the surface, improving building performance and protecting the infrastructure already in place.

New builds make headlines. But across the Pilbara, more construction activity is focused on extending, upgrading and maintaining existing operations.

Sustaining projects bring a different set of pressures. Work needs to fit around live sites, existing infrastructure, shutdown windows and ongoing production. Access, sequencing, safety and communication all matter because the operation still needs to keep moving.

A massive thank you to everyone who has come down to the Tom Price Golf Club today to support our fundraiser for little Kaia and the Maughan family. 🏌️‍♀️⛳️

The support, generosity and community spirit so far has been absolutely incredible, and we’re so grateful to every person who has donated, played a round, bought a sausage, entered the raffle, had a go at the longest drive — or simply stopped by to show your support. ❤️

We’re still going until 1pm today, so there’s plenty of time to come down, have some fun and help us raise as much as we can for Kaia.

🌸 ALL proceeds from today go directly to Kaia and the Maughan family to help with the treatment and care she urgently needs.
