Last week we kicked off our first feature speaker for 2026 with Rita Sauvage Mortgage Broker, and she certainly kept us on our toes.

Instead of a sit-back-and-listen presentation, Rita got everyone involved with a hands-on team challenge (yes… spaghetti and marshmallows were involved 🏗️). Plenty of laughs, problem-solving, and a good reminder that communication and strategy matter just as much in business as they do in building a tower that actually stands.

A big thank you to Rita for bringing the energy, encouraging collaboration, and making our first session of the year one to remember. We’re looking forward to many more great speakers and conversations ahead in 2026.

Matt spoke about how much opportunity businesses leave on the table when they’re not consistent online, and how having a dedicated team managing your socials can completely shift the way your audience sees and engages with your brand.

A great session, plenty of takeaways, and another reminder of the value of showing up together each week.
