Steve at ASAP Abrasive Sandblasting and Spraypainting Miles Qld, reckons Hempel Hempathane HS polyurethane is the go to for his business. This high solid direct to metal capable polyurethane is easy to apply has a durable 95% gloss finish that can take some punishment. Steve has been using it for some time and equipment that has come back through after time in the field still looks like new. So when this little digger came in for some attention he did not hesitate to reach for the Hempathane again.

The team at Downs Sandblasting and Spray Painting have smashed out another great looking crate with Wattyl Epinamel DTS680 epoxy primer and Poly u 400 polyurethane.

We were introduced to the new WS200 pressure gun this week. If you spray large volumes of polyurethane through a pressure pot or double diaphragm pump and you want to make it look amazing get yourself one of these. This new Ute tray from Ozmac Welding was chosen for Cam to swap the old W200 1.2mm and give the WS200 1mm a go, let's just say that I had to wrestle it from him to get it back. He absolutely fell in love, he was extremely impressed with the feel, light trigger pressure and the atomisation "it felt effortless, when can I try it again." This was a coat of Valspar Industrial Mix FP500 primer wet on wet with Wattyl Colourthane C-series polyurethane.

I was at Excel Agriculture today and I just can't walk past one of their Air Seeders without admiring the finish. Since they have switched to the Valspar Industrial Mix Pb500 tintable primer the difference has been quite extraordinary. The primer is making the Valspar Industrial Mix Tb510 polyurethane look even better. This machine is heading to the before heading off to its new owner.
