See you there! 🧡

Rise and shine!

It’s time to head to the markets and support the Soup Box!

The Toowoomba Chamber Food & Agri Network, in collaboration with the Toowoomba Farmers Market , is proud to bring back The Soup Box this winter.
Now in its Third year, this heartwarming community initiative is made possible thanks to Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce Platinum Partner Little Pig Consulting , and Chamber Members Foodie Shots and ALE Clothing & Signs Pty Ltd

Each Saturday until 2 August, we invite you to shop local and give back. Purchase fresh produce, meat, or pantry items from the incredible local stallholders at the Toowoomba Farmers Markets at Cobb & Co and drop them into The Soup Box stand.

Your generous donations will be delivered directly to Base Services , who will transform them into warm, nourishing meals for those doing it tough in our community.

This is a chance to support local farmers, champion small business, and help a vital not-for-profit that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

Let’s come together as a community and help fill the pot. Every donation helps.

Looking for a laid-back afternoon of great food, fresh brews, good mates and smoky flavours?

This Sunday, join Jims Jerky and Darling Fresh Smoke Haus at Mouseproof Brewery Launching two new Biltong’s.

The Darling Downs Dark Biltong captures the essence of the Darling Downs region, featuring a deep, smoky blend of cocoa and locally roasted coffee that enhance its bold, dark character. This variety is perfect for those who love a full-bodied, savory bite with a true taste of the land.

For those who crave a balance of heat and sweetness, the Honey Smoked Habanero Biltong is a must-try. The smooth, caramelized notes of honey blend seamlessly with the fiery kick of wood-smoked habanero peppers, onion and garlic, creating a slow-building heat with flavour that will keep you coming back for more.

FEBRUARY Business@Dusk | Aspect - Architects & Project Managers

As a business that grew up in Toowoomba, Aspect Architects & Project Managers have an intentional and intergenerational focus on the regions. With offices in Toowoomba and the Sunshine Coast, supported by a Brisbane presence, their mission is to positively influence our communities through built environments.

If the proof is in the pudding, some of the projects they hold most dear include the Gatton Amphitheatre and St George Harmony Centre, Walton Stores, Rowes precinct, Sunshine Coast Recreational Centre and the successful Sunshine Coast Stadium Olympic bid.

They now have 30 years to draw on where they’ve helped positively shape the way we engage with our families, friends and broader community. If COVID taught us one thing, it’s that we can never take the status quo for granted. Who knows what our communities will look like in 30 years? There is one thing for certain though, we will continue to need inspirational professionals to ensure we leave a positive legacy for the next generation.

Come along and help them celebrate this significant milestone.
