Congratulations to Nathan Bugg on his well-deserved promotion to Project Director at Specialised Property Consulting (SPC).

Nathan has been instrumental in building and strengthening SPC's capability in health infrastructure delivery and strategic asset management advisory services. His technical expertise, leadership and commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients have made a significant contribution to the continued growth of our business.

Nathan is currently leading delivery of the University of Queensland Animal Sciences Future Facility, is the Program Lead for the UniSQ Capital & Maintenance Works Program, and is working closely with Pathology Queensland on a number of strategic asset advisory engagements supporting laboratory infrastructure projects across Queensland.

This promotion reflects Nathan's outstanding contribution to SPC, the confidence our clients place in him, and his commitment to delivering complex projects that create lasting value.
