A night to remember

Thank you to all our wonderful guests who joined us on Friday night for our Weekend Table 2026.

The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, long tables, beautiful company, incredible food, and plenty of Rosalie House w**e flowing as the sun set over the vines.

Everything came together to create an absolutely unforgettable night.

A LITTLE LONG WEEKEND UPDATE ❤️

Just a heads up to all our wonderful customers and guests — Rosalie House is fully booked this long weekend.

We’re also hosting two special events, which means we’re working with limited staffing across the weekend. To make sure we can look after the guests who have already booked and give them the experience they deserve, we have now closed our bookings.

Please respect this decision and understand that we won’t be able to accommodate walk-ins or additional bookings this weekend.

KITCHEN HAND WANTED - ROSALIE HOUSE

We’re looking for a casual or permanent part-time Kitchen Hand to join our team as we head into our busy summer season.

We’re after someone reliable, energetic and happy to be part of a small, busy kitchen team.

Rosalie House
Approx. 25 hours per week
Mainly Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Previous kitchen experience is helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Holy moly… what a weekend!

A huge THANK YOU, Toowoomba for an incredible Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers. We’ve absolutely loved looking after all our visitors, both local and from afar.

We think the team has earned a little nap now!

The vines have awakened, the days are warming up, and we’re heading into one of our favourite times of year — just in time for Father’s Day weekend.
