Skills & Experience Required
• Admin/office experience
• Bank reconciliations
• Accounts payable / receivable
• Customer invoicing
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to problem solve

This position will involve assisting trade based businesses and prior scheduling experience would be viewed favourably.

The successful applicant must have excellent MS Word & Excel skills, and experience using Xero would be an advantage, but not necessary. Please advise which, if any, accounting programs you have used.
