🌟 Meet Rochelle 🌟

Rochelle has been part of our team for 13 years collectively, bringing dedication, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping others every day.

Whether she’s supporting our staff internally or assisting our valued customers, Rochelle is always willing to lend a hand. Known for her friendly nature and welcoming smile, she takes pride in creating positive experiences for everyone she works with.

We asked Rochelle some fun questions to get to know her better:

đź’ˇWhat is your favorite part about working for Lawrence & Hanson?
“The diversity of my role. No two days are ever the same, and I have enjoyed learning different aspects of the job and how each task contributes to the bigger picture. I have also been lucky enough to build some great friendships along the way.”

đź’ˇ Would you rather watch a sports game, or watch a concert?
“Definitely a concert. In 2018 I missed out on Brisbane tickets to see Ed Sheeran, so I decided if I had to travel to see him, I might as well make a trip out of it. I ended up flying to Auckland to see him instead.”

đź’ˇ You have your own late night talk show, who do you invite as your first guest?
“Maybe someone like Miley Cyrus.. I grew up watching and listening to her. I feel like she would have some good stories to tell.”

đź’ˇAs a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
“A Marine Biologist. My family had a yacht when I was younger, and we spent many weekends around water which sparked my interest in the ocean.”

đź’ˇHow do you like to unwind?
“I love spending time with my family or with a good book and coffee.”

Meet your go-to expert for energy storage

At Lawrence & Hanson Solar + Solutions, we're committed to providing the technical expertise and support our customers need to deliver successful renewable energy installations.

We're excited to introduce Greg, our Renewable Technical Support Engineer, who joined us in May. With extensive experience in energy storage systems (ESS) and solar PV integration, Greg is our in-house technical specialist, bringing deep whole of system expertise to every project.

Along with Greg, are Chris and John, our C&I Solar Technical Sales Engineers. Together, they provide technical expertise, system design support, and project development assistance to help customers deliver successful renewable energy installations.

Their ability to understand and interpret system performance across both ESS and PV components helps reduce installation risk, streamline commissioning, and ensure systems operate to specification.

This is what partnering with the Lawrence & Hanson Solar + Solutions team looks like: technical expertise, national coverage, and local support when and where you need it.
