At Everyday Concierge, we wish we could help everyone, but we’re a small team doing our best to swim in a big home services pond.

WE’RE NOT A BIG TEAM. We’re picky about the service providers we work with. We take the time to vet each one to ensure they meet our standards for quality. Our goal is always to match you with the best provider for your needs. That means that we might not be able to book you in straight away.

WE DON’T HAVE A CALL CENTRE. When you reach out, you’ll be in direct contact with one of us.

We may not always respond instantly, but we promise you won’t be directed to a virtual assistant.

WE’RE NOT PERFECT. Sometimes, we have to cancel bookings. It’s not ideal, and we do everything we can to find a solution, but sometimes things just happen. If we need to send a different provider, we’ll text you all the details, and you can opt out if you prefer.

Sometimes the hardest part of healthcare isn’t the treatment — it’s navigating the system.

Medical advocacy and appointment support means having someone beside you (literally or figuratively) to help you feel confident, heard, and organised when engaging with health professionals.

What it is:
• A calm support person attending appointments with you
• Help to prepare questions beforehand
• Taking notes during the appointment
• Clarifying information so you understand what was discussed
• Supporting you to express your concerns and goals
• Helping you follow up on referrals, reports, or next steps
• Reducing overwhelm and building your confidence over time

It’s about strengthening your voice — not replacing it.

What it isn’t:
• It’s not giving medical advice
• It’s not speaking over you or making decisions for you
• It’s not diagnosing or interpreting clinical results
• It’s not replacing doctors, nurses, or allied health professionals
• It’s not about confrontation

Medical advocacy is gentle, respectful, and person-centred. It creates space for you to feel prepared, informed, and supported — especially when appointments feel rushed, complex, or emotionally heavy.

Healthcare can be vulnerable. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
