Assist with breaking larger tasks into manageable steps and establishing clear priorities

Support task initiation, focus and follow-through during study, administrative and daily living activities

Provide practical assistance with life administration, including appointments, correspondence, paperwork and email management

Assist with developing sustainable routines, organisational systems and life skills that promote independence

Help the participant access community resources and services aligned with their NDIS goals

Promote choice, autonomy and capacity building in all aspects of support

Maintain professional, accurate and timely records of support provided and participant progress

Work collaboratively with the Everyday Concierge team to deliver supports in line with participant goals and support plans

Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Also great but not required

Experience supporting people with disability, particularly adults living with autism or other neurodivergent individuals

Previous experience in support work, mentoring, coaching, education or administration

Experience with tertiary study (not necessary to have completed the study)

Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

What We Offer

Everyday Concierge Pty Ltd is committed to supporting our workforce and creating a positive work environment. We offer competitive remuneration, flexible working arrangements where possible, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

You will receive a comprehensive induction, training and shadow shifts as required to ensure you are well equipped to support participants effectively. We value our team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture where your contributions are recognised and appreciated.

Meet Harriet Smith!

Harriet is a 58-year-old retired music teacher living in Toowoomba with her elderly terrier, Milo. She is a warm, intelligent woman who enjoys gardening, crafting, op-shopping, and listening to classical music.

Harriet lives with anxiety, major depressive disorder, chronic fatigue, and mild mobility limitations. She became an NDIS participant in 2025 and her NDIS participant number is 405837216.

So how can we share all of this information publicly? Doesn’t this breach the NDIS Code of Conduct? Wouldn’t Harriet make a complaint to the NDIA?

Well… no.

Because Harriet is AI-generated.

We created Harriet as a fictional participant for support worker training and professional development.

At our organisation, we run weekly training sessions designed to upskill and empower support workers.

This week’s focus: improving the quality of progress note writing.
