Don’t try to blend it, stand out. 2020 is all about owning what makes you and your business completely authentic and differentiating yourself.
Here’s a 30 min workshop to help you stand out from your competitors:
1. Review your top 3 competitors and see what they’re standing for and what they offer, go on have a look at their instagrams, websites and even subscribe to their newsletters and write it down, what you notice. Look at their branding, pricing, offers and content.
2. Understand your strengths and what makes your business unique, could be quality, price point, range, service, packages, unique offering? How does your website and Instagram look in comparison?
3. Identify any overlaps but what makes your business unique. If you’re feeling up to it conduct a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats list).
There, that wasn’t so bad. Now grab those key points of difference and shout it from the rooftop, weave it into your comms to make sure you’re customers know “why you” and what makes your business so special ❤️ KH x
