What does customer service mean to you?

I understand that business is under the pump at the busiest time of the year. It’s also the time when your customers spend the most amount of money.

I have been into 2 businesses this week (and I know that they have a business coach) and their service has been below average.

I have also been into several big businesses and the service from their team has been amazing.

It’s so important that customer service needs to be your main focus. If your customers aren’t getting service that is outstanding it’s likely that they won’t return.

How often do you do a price increase for your services?

If you haven’t increased your pricing in the last 12 months you are going backwards.

✅Wages increase
✅Utilities are up
