Conflict happens in every club. How you handle it makes the difference.

Whether it’s between committee members, volunteers, staff or members, difficult situations can quickly escalate when you’re not sure what to do next.

Join us for Navigating Conflict 101, a practical workshop designed specifically for club leaders, committee members and managers.

You’ll learn how to:
✔️ Manage difficult and unacceptable behaviours
✔️ Respond appropriately to complaints and disputes
✔️ Apply natural justice and procedural fairness
✔️ Navigate difficult conversations with greater confidence
✔️ Help prevent unnecessary conflict before it escalates

The Best Football Club Award celebrates clubs across all codes that are investing in their players, providing outstanding sporting and social facilities, developing the next generation and playing an active role in their local community.
