Are you an organised, friendly, and professional receptionist with a passion for helping others? We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our growing team in the NDIS, VHC and Aged Care sector.

About the Role:
As the first point of contact, you will be the face and voice of our organisation. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for our clients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly
Manage client bookings and appointments
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Provide general administrative support to staff and management
Coordinate with care teams and support staff as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or front desk role
Previous experience in NDIS, Aged Care, or healthcare preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
