-A minimum of 7-10 years experience in a professional practice

-Demonstrated commercial conceptual & documentation design skills.

-Well-developed design approach with creative thinking & high quality presentation skills.

-Knowledge of the Australian Standards and National Construction Code.

-Ability to interpret all project drawings, with an exceptional eye for detail.

-Proficient in architectural software: ArchiCAD (preferred).

-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design projects and achieve tight deadlines.

-Consultant co-ordination & project management abilities.

- A confident communicator with the ability to work as part of a highly collaborative and energetic team of experts.

What difference does a building make? 🏚
The people of Nuku in West Sepik will soon find out, after High Commissioner Jon Philp and Vice Minister for Finance & Rural Development Joe Sungi opened two new multipurpose centres and a newly refurbished Local Level Government chamber office today.

The funded facilities are designed to help improve service delivery and create economic opportunities through training.

The LLG chamber office will boost the capacity of the District Administration to help deliver services effectively according the people’s needs.

The resource centres will be used to conduct a variety of training programs in agriculture and education aimed at empowering men, women and youth to engage in economic activities.

Planpac recently completed the design component on the refurbishment of the Brian Bell Home Centre in Port Moresby. The redevelopment included expansion of the furniture showroom and development of the warehouse building ground floor into 11 new retail tenancies and café.
