I've been there and seen it and now want to help you!
I have been paralysed for 21 years and have needed the same supports and through my own life experiences I can now alleviate that stress for you.

- Daily Support (shopping, cooking, social outings, sporting events, loneliness, paying bills, appointments)

- Overnight sleepovers
- Caring for you and/or your children
Support is for:
- the elderly
- people with disabilities
