🎣❤️ CAST FOR A CAUSE – 3 CER LEGACY FISHING COMPETITION 2026 ❤️🎣

AVAC Services was proud to support the 3 CER Legacy Fishing Competition, raising an incredible $31,900 for Legacy! 🇦🇺

These funds will help support veteran widows and families, recognising the sacrifices made by those who have served our country.

❤️ A WARM AVAC WELCOME TO JILLIAN ❤️

We’re delighted to share that Jillian has joined the AVAC team as an Advocate in our Townsville office! 🇦🇺

Jillian brings not only a wealth of experience in veteran advocacy, but also a genuine understanding of the defence lifestyle and the unique challenges it can bring to families.

As the wife of a veteran who served for 32 years and completed multiple deployments, Jillian knows firsthand the sacrifices, frequent relocations and time apart from loved ones that can come with life in the ADF. Alongside her husband and their two children, she has experienced nine relocations over 26 years together, giving her a personal connection to the veteran community she is so passionate about supporting.

Jillian’s professional journey has seen her work with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs and RSL Queensland, building extensive knowledge of veterans’ entitlements and compensation advocacy. With more than six years of experience helping veterans navigate the DVA claims process, she is passionate about making a real difference and ensuring veterans and their families feel supported throughout their claims journey.

We’re so pleased to welcome Jillian to AVAC. Her experience, compassion and commitment to supporting those who have served make her a wonderful addition to our team, and we’re looking forward to having her on board in Townsville.

It was fantastic to bring our Townsville and WA teams together and work side by side representing AVAC Services

Thank you to the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia for hosting a wonderful birthday lunch celebrating the strong collaboration between the US and Australian Defence sectors. 🇦🇺🇺🇸

It was a privilege for AVAC Services to be part of such an inspiring gathering, alongside leaders, veterans, representatives from the US Congress and professionals from across the Defence industry.

The event provided a valuable opportunity to build connections, exchange ideas and recognise the importance of continued collaboration between Australia and the United States.
