🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Diagnose, service and repair light vehicles.
Inspect and maintain mechanical, electrical and air-conditioning systems.
Carry out preventative maintenance and fault-finding.
Develop your skills working on construction, earthmoving and crushing equipment.
Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to complete quality repairs.
Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop.

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Fully qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic with a recognised Australian trade qualification.
Current Automotive Air Conditioning Licence (required).
Current driver licence.
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
A commitment to safety, reliability and quality workmanship.
A willingness to learn and expand your skills into heavy plant and equipment.

Markwell Group is expanding!

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Construction Supervisor / Project Manager to join our growing team, specialising in commercial and industrial subdivisions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors and site teams.
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Oversee the installation of stormwater, sewer, water, electrical and telecommunications infrastructure.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, environmental and compliance standards.
- Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

🔹 What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 5+ years' experience in civil construction supervision, particularly in medium to large-scale residential and commercial subdivisions or major civil infrastructure projects.
✅ Strong leadership, site management and coordination skills.
✅ An open C Class driver's licence.
✅ Civil Construction or Project Management qualifications highly regarded.
✅ Machinery tickets and relevant operating experience advantageous.
