Christmas is over for another year, all set for 2015 to be a fantastic year.

Our family got together for Christmas in Cairns, it was great to have a break and not have to do housework in particular.

In November and December I have been fortunate enough to use my skills in assisting a local community aged care service provider get ready for the changes to the way in which Aged Care packages and home care services.

Organisations need to go through a change of thinking to keep up with these changes, great for consumers who will be the drivers, very difficult for small "niche" services. Only advice I can offer is decide where you want to be and work backwards to achieve your end goal.
